shipping and returns

In order for a return to be successful, the following conditions must be met:

• Suits must be unworn and unwashed
• All suit(s) must still have the hang tag attached
• All one-pieces and bikini bottoms must still have the hygienic liner intact
• Suits with makeup, deodorant, animal hair, self tan, lotions, or oils on them will not be accepted. They will be shipped back to you at your expense with no refund
• Suits must be returned within 21 (twenty one) days of receiving them
• Return shipping fees will not be covered by Sync or Swim
• Please use local shipping carriers to make returns. In the event of custom fees incurred on the return of a suit, they will be deducted from your refund

 

Please allow two weeks from reception of the return for processing and refunding.
